There was a lot to transfer over and they were very helpful and attentive to me as the customer keeping me informed at all times of the timeline and any issues that arose. Professional technicians who know their trade. James and Jim are exceptional both friendly yet professional. I had an older computer which was acting up so I took it in for a diagnosis. They told me it was not worth repairing and steered me in the direction of purchasing a newer model and transferred my data for me. It was seamless, not skipping a beat. Once I took the computer home I had an issue with scanning, James logged on remotely and fixed my problem within 30 minutes. These guys are the greatest, you will not be disappointed.
